Satellite Zone Details
There is one rate for voice calls to landline, cellular or another BGAN
terminal.
Calls to other satellite networks are divided into 3 different zones. Calls to
satellite Zone A, B and C are not included in any of the bundles. Voice usage
is charged in 1 minute increments. Details are listed below.

Satellite Zone A (includes calls made to Inmarsat B, Inmarsat M, Inmarsat
Mini-M, Inmarsat GAN, Fleet and Swift, Inmarsat Aero, Iridium or Thuraya)

Satellite Zone B (includes calls made to Inmarsat A or Globalstar)

Satellite Zone C (includes calls made to Inmarsat B ISDN, Inmarsat GAN, Fleet
or Swift ISDN (these are High Speed Data 64Kpbs calls))
Loss/Theft Protection Details
Protect yourself against the loss, theft or damage of your BGAN satellite
rental.

If the protection is waived, the full replacement value (at current retail
rate) is required and all charges are liable until equipment is reported lost
or stolen.

The monthly BGAN rental loss/damage protection requires a minimum commitment of
one month (30 days), additional protection beyond 30 days is charged at a daily
rate of $5/day.

Monthly satellite phone rentals returned in less than 30 days will still be
subject to the minimum monthly loss/damage protection fee of $150. No credits
are available for early monthly rental returns within the first 30 days.

A deductible of $1,900.00 applies to terminals that aren't returned.
Shipping Details

Shipping is only $50 return anywhere in North America and includes a Welcome
Kit containing a prepaid return waybill and shipping pouch. We have the lowest
shipping rates in the market.

Please note that all BGAN orders will be shipped 4 business days after the
order is placed, not including weekends and holidays.
Daily BGAN Rental Details

Daily BGAN satellite rentals are billed from the required date, chosen by you
until the day you choose to ship it back.
Monthly BGAN Rental Details

Monthly BGAN rentals are billed from the required date, chosen by you until the
day you choose to ship it back unless it's less than 30 days.

Monthly BGAN rentals require a minimum 1 month commitment. Additional rentals
beyond 30 days are charged the equivalent daily rate of $14/day.

Monthly BGAN rentals returned in less than 30 days will still be subject to the
minimum monthly rental fee of $420. No credits are available for early monthly
rental returns within the first 30 days.
Billing Details

Voice calls are billed in 1 minute increments.

Standard IP (data) is billed in 50 kilobyte (KB) increments.
