  • FREE incoming calls.
  • FREE incoming text messages.
  • Airtime is billed with a one minute minimum and in one minute increments. SMS/text messages are per message.
  • Activation for IsatPhone Pro Subscriptions is waived until June 30, 2011.
  • Calls to check your voicemail are considered as outgoing calls.
  • Flex 100 subscriptions include 100 outgoing to landline and cellular minutes per year.
  • Additional usage will be billed at the standard airtime rates.

Airtime Bundle Details


  • The following call types can not be applied towards your Airtime Bundles:
    • Outgoing SMS/text messages.
    • IsatPhone Pro to other IsatPhone Pro calls.
    • IsatPhone Pro to BGAN/FleetBroadband/SwiftBroadband calls.
    • IsatPhone Pro to other Inmarsat.
    • IsatPhone Pro to other satellite network.
  • Bundle airtime can be pooled to consolidate users on the same account.
  • Unused airtime carries forward month-to-month for up to 12 months.
  • Additional IsatPhone Pro to landline and cellular airtime out of your airtime bundle is billed at the landline and cellular standard airtime rates for the Basic and Flex 100 subscriptions.

Subscription Term Commitments


  • There is no term commitment for the Basic Subscription.
  • Basic Subscription service plans renew automatically month-to-month until cancelled.
  • Flex 100 Subscription service plans renew automatically year-to-year until cancelled. Flex 100 plans can be cancelled at any time, however no partial refunds will be offered on subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of the subscription term.
