Part-Time Inbound Sales Support

As a key member of Roadpost's Customer Care team you will be responsible for promptly responding to Roadpost Customers' inquiries by telephone and email, ensuring that Client's needs are serviced accurately and professionally. Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, good organizational and time management skills, and positive team spirit.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls or email within specific timeframes, in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurate order completion, answering questions, Customer account management and troubleshooting through telephone and email
  • Effectively and professionally qualify and close sales, resolve Customer care and billing issues
  • Escalate issues to Management when necessary
  • Keep up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and team meetings
  • Keep management team informed of Customer feedback

Minimum Education:

  • High School graduation required
  • Post-secondary degree preferred in related field (e.g. Business, Customer Service)
  • Competency in PC applications (word processing, excel and email) is required

Minimum experience required:

This experience can be gained in previous employment in a similar job and/or on the job with the current employer

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a Call Centre environment preferred;
  • Previous telecommunications experience preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) an asset
