TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2026 – Roadpost Inc. confirms that it has completed the acquisition of Beam Communications Pty Ltd.’s interest in ZOLEO Inc., making ZOLEO a wholly owned subsidiary of Roadpost, effective January 23, 2026.

This acquisition follows an arbitration process whereby Beam was found in material breach of its joint venture obligations and ordered to sell its ZOLEO shares to Roadpost. Roadpost will continue to invest in ZOLEO’s product development and global distribution to support customers who rely on ZOLEO for dependable off-grid messaging and emergency alerting.

ZOLEO’s operations, customer support and retail distribution remain uninterrupted.

Spelean Pty Ltd. has served as Master Distributor Partner for Australia and New Zealand since September 2025, and will continue to support ZOLEO sales, marketing and distribution across the region.
