Free Shipping Policy
Order on our website and enjoy free ground shipping on any order over $49 (rentals excluded) provided the delivery address is within Canada or the US (mainland). Simply select the “free ground shipping” option during checkout.
Tracking your Shipment
When your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation allowing you to track the delivery of your order.
Rental Shipping Policy
Enjoy “round-trip” shipping on rentals. The shipping rates presented during checkout include both delivery to you, and return shipping to us. A prepaid return waybill is included with your rental order and should be used to send your rental kit(s) back to us.
When returning your rental:
- It’s important to use the return waybill when returning your rental to avoid added shipping costs, so if you misplace it please contact us
- For FedEX or UPS rental returns, drop it off at the nearest store or drop box location
- For Purolator returns, call 1-888-744-7123 or visit www.purolator.com to arrange a pickup
Standard Shipping Policies
Orders are processed as we receive them, and we’re fast! If we receive your order by 3 pm Eastern Time, we’ll have it on its way to you the same day, unless your order has been pre-booked for a later date.
Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Unless previously arranged, no orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. We do offer a range of shipping options to accommodate different requirements. Orders shipped to residential addresses require the signature of an adult.
In the unlikely event of delays or backorders, we’ll make every effort to contact you by phone or email. If an item is backordered, you’ll have the option to wait for the item, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Roadpost ships via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and Purolator. UPS/FedEx/Purolator do guarantee their deliveries to arrive by certain times/dates. At times, circumstances beyond their control (e.g. weather) may result in delivery delays. Deliveries that are delayed due to circumstances beyond their control, do not qualify for the delivery service guarantee.
